With a career spanning over 30 years, Lily Frost is a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, recording artist, performer, and mentor whose music seamlessly blends indie pop, jazz, folk, and vintage influences. With 14 internationally released albums, Lily’s unique sound has captivated audiences worldwide, earning her a Gemini nomination and sync placements in Grey’s Anatomy, Workin’ Moms, Crazy Beautiful, The Bay, and more.

Honouring Legends: Ray Condo & Billie Holiday
Lily has also paid homage to musical icons with two tribute albums dedicated to underground legend Ray Condo. As a devoted fan of Billie Holiday. Ray’s influence led Lily to reinterpret the Billie Holiday songbook through a Western swing lens, blending jazz and rockabilly to honour both Ray’s legacy and Billie’s timeless artistry. These albums showcase Lily’s versatility and deep respect for the greats who paved the way.

In the '90s, Canadian singer-songwriter Lily Frost got her start with the cabaret-inspired band The Colorifics. She's since made the jump to solo artist and songwriter.
Her musical mentor, the late Ray Condo, inspired her album Lily Swings, which recalls Regina Spektor and Feist. On this episode of Song Travels, she performs her original song "Enchantment," as well as a few old favorites.
