Enchantment: The Art of Songwriting with Lily Frost

Welcome to Enchantment, A Two-Day Immersive Songwriting Workshop with Lily Frost.

Join acclaimed singer-songwriter Lily Frost for Enchantment, a transformative two-day workshop held in Toronto.

This soulful and creative experience blends music, movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to:

Each day begins with gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork to ground your body, calm your mind, and awaken your voice.

Whether you’re an experienced songwriter, a curious beginner, a yogi, or simply someone who loves music and self-discovery, Enchantment offers a supportive, inspiring space to play, connect, and express yourself through sound and story.

Each day runs from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. (Day 1)
and 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. (Day 2)

Your registration includes guided sessions, creative supplies, a keepsake journal, lunch, and magical moments of music, journaling, and inspiration.

  • E-transfer only. Payment instructions will be provided upon registration.

    • Space is limited. Registration is confirmed upon payment.

    • Cancellations before August 15th, 2025 a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.

    • No refunds after August 15th, but registration is transferable to another participant with prior notice.
